After years of civil war, resettlement efforts on the outer isles commences as villagers regain courage to return to their former lives. However, remnants of deserter factions still lurk around the sky islands, raiding these settlements for profit while the new governance is weak and unaware. To save their livelihood, the villagers hire Seven pilots and strategists to help defend their village.
